Becoming more present in leadership and life

Over the course of 10 weeks, Robert Pal will work one-on-one with you to develop your mindfulness as an avenue for becoming a better leader — making better decisions, improving relationships, reaching goals and reducing stress.

Each week you’ll cover a different chapter from Robert’s book, Mindful Intelligence, through the lens of your life and your specific goals. You’ll be challenged to look at your business and personal life from a different perspective.

Robert’s course focuses on two teachable skills:

These may sound simple; but the impact on your life is profound. However, putting them into practice can be a major challenge without training.

Through a variety of exercises, Robert will train you to slow down the unhelpful part of your brain that blocks your ability to see a situation objectively. Understand how past successes or failures influence your decision-making process, quiet your inner critic, and learn easy techniques you can use to become more present in all aspects of your life. 

While this works follows a 10-week roadmap, each session will be customized to address your specific challenges. An advanced version of the program is available to clients familiar with mindfulness.
