Authentic and powerful leadership requires self-awareness, presence & confidence
Great leaders speak with conviction, yet are still perceived as open to new ideas and opposing views. Balancing these requires awareness of how your internal filter affects your interpretation of events, and how others perceive your response.
Conflicting demands and increased time pressure make it difficult to remain focused and fully engaged in the task at hand. Poor communications and missed goals are often the result.
Self doubt and criticism get in the way of meeting your goals. Learning how to evaluate yourself and others with compassion improves creativity, resiliency and results.
The best results come from well defined and measurable goals. Executing on these goals requires the right strategy and staying focused on what is most important.
Maximize your resources
Your opportunities may require resources which are simply not available. Learning how to do more with less is a vital and transferable skill.
Sustainable and profitable growth depends on innovation, planning and follow through in key areas such as product development, sales and marketing.
Success to a large degree is based on your ability to consistently make the right decision. The best decisions take into account your goals, strengths and values.
Constant change challenges traditional thinking and solutions. Discovering new ways to anticipate and respond is essential in today's market place

The Good Life
During my studies in positive psychology, I experienced the profound benefits of shifting one’s natural negativity bias to a more positive perspective. I witness that shift occurring in my clients as we work together. Their enjoyment in life increase when genuine change occurs. And when the lens through which they see their world changes, the transformation - in both their lives and the lives they touch - is impossible to quantify.
