The gap between what you're capable of and how you're actually executing — that's what I work on
Most of my clients are intelligent, driven, and already operating at a reasonably high level. They've read the books. They've tried the systems. And they still find themselves cycling through the same patterns: inconsistent follow-through, difficulty sustaining focus on what matters, decisions that stall, and a persistent sense that they should be further ahead by now.
For many, ADHD is at the center of it — diagnosed or strongly suspected. For all of them, the issue isn't capability. It's execution.
That's where I come in.
Who I Am
I spent more than two decades building and leading an international fashion business. Real decisions, real pressure, real consequences. That experience gave me something most coaches don't have: I understand what it actually feels like to run and scale a company, manage people, navigate complexity, and still show up the next day and do it again.
Over time, I became increasingly interested in a different challenge — why so many talented, driven people consistently fall short of what they know they're capable of. That question led me into the psychology of ADHD, executive functioning, self-leadership, and behavioral change. I've spent the past 15+ years working exclusively in that space.
Today, I combine firsthand entrepreneurial experience with training in evidence-based psychology, neuroscience, Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, and ADHD-specific behavioral strategy. The result is an approach that goes beyond surface-level productivity tactics to address the deeper patterns driving your execution gaps.
I've also served as President of the Toronto Chapter of the Entrepreneurs' Organization, as an International Board Member, and completed the Entrepreneurial Master's Program at MIT Sloan — context that shapes how I think about business, leadership, and what high performance actually demands.
My work has been published in ADDitude magazine and Attention magazine, and presented at the International Conference for Solution Focused Brief Therapy.
My Approach
I’m direct and practical. I work from evidence, not abstraction. You won't hear motivational language or vague frameworks here.
What you will get is a clear-eyed look at the specific patterns holding you back — whether that's chronic overwhelm, inconsistent follow-through, reactive decision-making, an inner critic that undermines your confidence, or a leadership style that's working against your own wiring.
We build the structure, self-awareness, and internal clarity needed to close those gaps — sustainably, not through willpower.
This isn't therapy. It's not generic productivity coaching. It's precise, practical work with someone who has operated at the level you're trying to reach — and who understands, deeply, how ADHD shows up for high-performers in the day-to-day reality of leading a business or career.
Who I Work With
My clients are primarily entrepreneurs, executives, and professionals based in the US and Canada. They're high-functioning — successful by most measures — but dealing with a persistent execution gap they haven't been able to close on their own.
Common patterns I see:
Strong vision, inconsistent follow-through
High intelligence, difficulty sustaining focus on lower-stimulation work
Sound judgment, decisions that stall or get avoided
Capable leaders, struggling with self-leadership
Aware of the inner critic — but not yet in control of it
If that sounds familiar, a 20-minute conversation will quickly tell us whether working together makes sense.
